The answer is NO! The FAA is cracking down on drone hobbyists. Only sUAS Certified Remote Pilots can shoot video for commercial purpose. Even a realtor can get into trouble using images from a non-certified drone operator. Fines can go into the thousands of dollars. It's not worth the risk.
